Camera Lost...and Gained!

We had just downloaded all our photo's on to our compture, when our camera vanished while traveling.  I had called my mother to just cry on her shoulder, but she remembered she had an extra camera/video recorder that was just like the one we lost.  When we come through next week, we can pick it up.  Praise God!

Just learned we need 1000 for living, and 400 in gas funds A MONTH!  We dont get more than more than 150 a month thus far in support.  At least I am a good "Tentmaker".  I hate budget review times!

Church Visit...

My husband and I visited a church last night, where we attended when we were first married.  As is customary for a Wednesday, I was dressed in my blue "missionary" tunic and black dress pants.  People kept snapping pictures...not because I looked so gothic, but because I was so "normal".  I honestly did not realize I looked that diffrent...but as I learned of how they saw me after 2 years, I realized I had modified myself more than I thought.  I am still a christian goth, but someone who did not know that would never know anymore, accept when I want them to.  I guess that is a good thing when one works with a people group that thinks Goth and most thinks assoicated with it are tabboo based on their traditional beliefs.

Outside of that everything went wonderfully!  They were so loving and intrested in our ministry to the Navajo.  They asked so many questions, and we were there talking with them for over 2 hours.  I cant wait to keep in contact with them as we continue on as missionaries.
